Commotion, magic & romance

Well, as I read, or rather skimmed through the play "The Tempest" I was quite hit by surprises from the unfolding events. At first I looked at the title, which I think means commotion and tried to connect it to romance but nothing would come out, not even a hint. Then the story started to unfold as the voyage experiences water turbulent as they cross the sea, disagreement, murderous plot and then the wedding!
